# Entry Fee

Every match requires a ticket payment to participate.

The payment currency is determined by the tournament host, which includes:

* Toncoin
* Points
* In-game items or NFTs
* Game tokens
* USDT

{% hint style="info" %}
By Q4 2024, MiniTon will expand game tokens for entering tournaments.

The community will decide, through a voting process, which Crypto Tokens can be utilized for entering the tournament.
{% endhint %}

***

**Payment methods:**

* [Telegram Payment](https://core.telegram.org/bots/payments)
* [TON Wallet Bot](https://t.me/wallet)

***

**When to Pay Entry Fee:**

* Players must ensure that their account balance is sufficient before they choose tournaments.
* After completing opponent matching, the platform deducts the Entry Fee from the player's account balance.

{% hint style="info" %}
The ticket fees paid by players constitute one of the sources of the match prize pool. Upon completion of player matchmaking, all ticket fees are securely locked in the smart contract until the end of the tournament.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.miniton.games/about-miniton/social-esports-flexible-and-compatible/entry-fee.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
